Worst place ever. I stored my entire home here for 3 months for a ridiculous amount of money. When I picked up my stuff there was mildew on literally everything!!! My 3 brand new mattresses had to be thrown out. My bookcase was warped so bad that had to be thrown. Pillows, Blankets, etc all had to be thrown. I was able to clean some things from the mildew but most had to be thrown out. Now I have to spend a fortune to replace all my really nice expensive stuff. And on top of all that they didn't even give me back my deposit!!! They said it would be mailed to me but I have never received it. NEVER ever use this storage place!!!!!!!!!!
The unit I rented allowed snow to enter and cover my property. The management did nothing to resolve the problem nor did they seem concerned. Price was not near worth it considering my property was not even protected from the elements. Management was far from helpful. I will never use their services again and would not recommend them to anyone.
Do not recommend. I dealt with them for 6 months and it was awful! Every month I went in to pay and it took them 20 minutes to do my payment up. Which is ridiculous! Most times the manager was gone leaving the other employees who didn't know what he was doing alone. I just got my income tax receipt saying I owed $500 and I had to call and sort that out as well.
We drove into Yarmouth to get our Christmas decorations on Sunday and there was a LOCK. A BIG ROUND LOCK on our unit. It is fully paid for. We have been paying a lot for years and don't miss. No one answers their phone number! NOT GOOD. The outside coded door has also been broken, they said lightning 3 years ago, so no secondary security. AWFUL TREATMENT OF LOYAL CUSTOMERS!! Come on guys. You can do better than this !!
Clean and accessible. Been using them for 6 months with no issues. They are slow to respond on payments which may result in limited access to unit.
